Noise was reported by spouse.

I found this a great place to stay after having out patient surgery and living 2 hours from hospital.

Large rooms.

Although updated, the hotel was still older.

The bath did not drain. In fact, the tub filled up with dirty water during the night, probably the result of clogged pipes from the adjoining room. The hotel offered to look into the problem, but the problem wasn't discovered until the morning, and we didn't have time to wait for the fix. Comfortable bedding, clean room, lively/fun hotel bar.

Small bathroom, very loud outside room all night, and the thin walls.

Not as nice as I would expect for a Crowne plaza, decor was very drab brown, very small bathroom, window had view of a air conditioning duct, so loud in the room beside us we could hear every word they said, not the romantic weekend we had in mind. ...read more

The hotel did not observe our reservations. We had to go to a different hotel at 1am. The staff took over 45 min to finally talk to us about the situation seeing we walked in one of our rooms and found someone elses things in it. ...read more

There was dust on the bathroom counter and in the floor. Grout around tub was dirty.
